Eligibility

Who Can Be a Regional Business Partner?

A Regional Business Partner might come from the medical field — pathologists, experienced medical technicians, doctors, HCPs, nutritionists, or any healthcare professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to partner or develop their own laboratory.

A master's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
5–6 years of experience in a similar subject. Preference for healthcare operations, business development, and sales expertise.
Outstanding management and leadership abilities with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated business acumen, attention to detail, and persuasion capabilities.
Devoted and driven to achieve personal and professional growth milestones.

The Role

Your Responsibilities

Management of the Operations Department

Implement strategic goals, objectives, policies and systems for the Operations Department in alignment with the Operations Head.
Responsible for operational policies by establishing processes and standards for the department.
Accountable for 4Dx principle execution – WIG, Lead measures, dashboard review, regular team meetings, POC, and so on.
Zone-wide implementation of a daily operations checklist. Inventory management in the LIS, with monthly reconciliation.
Takes part in process improvement initiatives to improve the Pre-analytical through Post-analytical experience.

Entrepreneurial Development

Drive zone P&L with full accountability for revenue and operational excellence.
Responsible for putting operational policies into action by establishing clear processes and standards.
Accountable for 4Dx principle execution and team alignment across the zone.
Zone-wide implementation of quality and efficiency benchmarks.
Lead business development initiatives to expand partner and client network.
